Tracy Morgan has become a common sight in front-row seats in recent years, though this is believed to be his first appearance in the Bronx this season.

He’s back in a New York groove.

He wasn’t doing any stand-up, but Tracy Morgan received a round of applause from the Yankee Stadium crowd Tuesday night when the comedian was shown on the scoreboard during the middle of the second inning of the Yankees-Red Sox game.

The 46-year-old funnyman was seriously injured when a Walmart truck slammed into his limo on the New Jersey Turnpike in June 2014, resulting in the death of his friend, comic James McNair.

Morgan, who suffered multiple injuries in the accident including a broken leg, broken ribs and brain trauma, spent months recovering.
