We just discovered this morning when the nominations for the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) announced the nominees for the 41st Annual Daytime Emmy Awards that The Steve Harvey Show was nominated for a daytime Emmy!
We also heard that Steve Harvey was also nominated for Informative and Outstanding Game Show Host for his stint on the syndicated show Family Feud!
What’s amazing is this is an accomplishment that Harvey was able to do after only ONE season, and both of them his premiere season!
Wow! That’s comedy history, as a comedian has never been able to accomplish this feat!
On a side note, we also discovered that another comedian/actor Wayne Brady also picked up a nomination for Outstanding Game Show Host for his syndicated show Let’s Make A Deal!
What a day for comedy!
