After the 2015 BET Awards all of the talk was how great the Hosts were, along with the many performances. Many fans tweeted about the show and thought the show was one of the best they had seen in awhile.
Here is the list of winners which was hosted by Anthony Anderson and Tracee Ellis Ross, and aired live from the Microsoft Theatre at L.A. LIVE, last night, Sunday, June 28, 2015.
Of note, specific to this blog’s core focus, Best Actress went to Taraji P. Henson (for “No Good Deed,” “Think Like a Man Too,” and “From the Rough”); Best Actor went to her “Empire” co-star Terrence Howard (for “St. Vincent,” “Lullaby” and “Sabotage”). And Best Movie went to “Selma.”
The “BET Awards” 2015 will premiere around the world on BET’s international network on Tuesday, June 30 at 9pm BST / 10pm CAT and will air live on MTV Australia for the very first time (check local listings).
In the USA, encore viewings of the show will air on BET on: Monday, June 29 at 8 pm EST and Tuesday, June 30 at 4:30 pm EST.
