Comedian Steve Harvey has joined forces with Essence Magazine and Disney parks to create the Disney’s Dreamers Academy with Steve Harvey and Essence Magazine. Though the program has been around since 2007, this is the first year the popular publication has been part of the team.
The program brings together 100 high school students from across the country to participate in interactive workshops and seminars at Walt Disney World Resort in order to motivate and inspire to, “dream bigger, explore a world of possibilities and get started making those dreams a reality.”
