The NAB Broadcasting Hall of Fame will get a lot funnier next April. That’s when the trade group will induct comedian-turned-radio syndicated morning personality Steve Harvey.
“Mr. Harvey’s dedication and talent have earned him great success, and we are thrilled to induct him into NAB’s Broadcasting Hall of Fame,” EVP of radio John David says in a statement announcing this year’s pick. Harvey will be honored at the annual Radio Luncheon at the NAB Show in Las Vegas.
As you all know, Harvey has worked in radio since 2000, and has been syndicated by Premiere Networks since 2005. Today The Steve Harvey Morning Show airs on 70 affiliates.
Beyond radio, Harvey also hosts his own TV talk show and the TV game show Family Feud.
