In case you hadn’t heard, Mediatakeout.com and Intouchweekly.com both reported two days ago that actress Stacey Dash was reportedly fired from her new gig, the hit show Single Ladies, because of a supposed dispute between her and her co-star actress LisaRaye McCoy. We also heard that LisaRaye posted the following on her Facebook page addressing this issue, stating that she had nothing to do with this supposed firing, and here is what she posted;
“As everyone knows I am in Italy vacationing. I was just made aware of the lies that are being spread by Mediatakeout and other blogs that like to create false stories. I was not even aware that Stacy Dash had been fired from Single Ladies. Furthermore if she has been fired that is a network decision. I don’t have the power to get her fired nor do I have any beef with her. Now im going to go continue enjoying my vacation!”
What LisaRaye is stating makes sense, and we can say that one of the worst kept secrets in Hollywood is that Dash had been making some outrageous demands and giving everyone on staff a very hard time.
Now what we hear is that Dash has NOT been fired yet officially from the show and that she is still scheduled to report for the taping of season 2. This is what we heard from the shows PRODUCERS. Now, they may fire her officially , but as of this typing, her firing is not yet real. It seems that websites are reporting this story for shock value.
