At The Merge Summit this past weekend, we ran into playwright and film maker Je’Caryous Johnson who has done many films and urban stage plays across the country, such as Love Overboard, Whatever She Wants, Three Ways To Get A Husband and Marriage Material. The plays have all been very successful, and he has emerged as the odds on favorite to follow the Tyler Perry model.
With that being said, we conducted an interview with Johnson and we discovered how soon several projects are to fruition, including the studio and television ventures! He also discussed his plans to launch his new films and more!
