We just discovered that actors Morris Chestnut and Boris Kodjoe have decided to collaborate on a comedy project and we hear it is the brainchild of comedian Chris Spencer!
The project titled, “The Minority Report”, is a show that will put a new spin on comedy as it will incorporate stand up, create interactivity with the general audience, musical performances and a few other surprises. The show will debut at the American Black Film Festival in Miami on Sunday, July 10th the closing night of the festival.
Rumor has it that Spencer had been planning this show for several months and after being approached by several celebrities, he decided that the best way to launch a new brand and a new comedy show was to do something completely different.
We get the sense that this might spin into an eventual tour, but it’s clearly too early to tell.
