Katt Williams Pleads 'Not Guilty' In New Case!

Posted Dec 4, 2014

k1.jpgSeveral of our sources have stated to us this evening that comedian Katt Williams has pleaded not guilty to assaulting and pepper spraying a man near Los Angeles International Airport this past summer.

If you recall, the fan approached Katt trying to take a picture, and then preceded to get tear gassed (after Katt asked him not to take a picture of him and after Katt asked for this phone so he could delete the picture). The fan got upset and filed charges against Katt, which the LAPD happily did.

As expected, the authorities came to the scene, arrested Katt and pressed charges. We hear the fan is trying to push for civil charges as well as the criminal charges. Katt was ordered to return to the Inglewood courthouse Jan. 28th for his next hearing in the case, but that was postponed after his arrest involving Suge Knight and another photographer who approached Katt trying to take a picture. That photographer claims she was also assaulted and the authorities are moving forward with charges in that case too.

The story is still developing, but we will have more details soon.
