Several days ago we discovered the news that comedian JB Smoove– currently on BET’s Real Husbands of Hollywood and known for his stint on HBO’s Curb Your Enthusiasm landed in a new show on CBS!
Word has it that Smoove will co-star opposite Will Arnett in a yet to be titled Greg Garcia comedy pilot. We hear that the project written and executive produced by Garcia, centers on Jack (Arnett), a recently divorced guy whose life gets more complicated when his parents have marital problems of their own. Smoove will play Deweyne, Jack’s good friend. Margo Martindale also co-stars.
The show is set up to be for the fall.
