As you all should know by now, last week former NBA player Dennis Rodman was featured on CNN before he and a group of former NBA veterans were set to play a charity basketball game in North Korea. As it turned out, after several questions, Rodman had another meltdown on the air when being asked about his friendship with leader Kim Jong Un as the basketball game was supposed to be a game as a gift for Kim, who was celebrating his birthday as he is an avid NBA fan.
Since Rodman is the highest-profile American to meet Kim, CNN thought it was a great idea to ask Rodman about trying to use his influence with Kim to secure the release of Kenneth Bae, an American missionary with health problems who is being held in on charges of “anti-state” crimes.
What happened next became another infamous moment in the life of Dennis Rodman, and comedian Mike Epps dropped a comedy sketch of the interview.
