Here is an EXCLUSIVE interview that we conducted earlier today on the set of ABC’s new comedy hit Black-ish with Executive Producer and writer Kenya Barris! If you are not familiar, Barris has been around for a while as he also co-developed America’s Next Top Model with childhood friend, super model Tyra Banks. He also wrote on Soul Food (the TV series), Are We There Yet? (the TV series) and more.
Most recently Barris has started to expand his repertoire as he moved into films as he is the writer/ producer of the new Barbershop 3, and he tells us in this interview below about the new film Barbershop 4! He is also on board for the new Shaft– and he reveals who the new Shaft will be! Plus Barris also talks about the new re-boot of Good Times, and a new version of the Tom Hanks film Big that’s titled Little that will have an urban twist to it and will star Marsai Martin of Black-ish!
