What has to be very unexpected, we just discovered from our sources that comedian and actor Eddie Murphy IS expected to participate in the three-hour Saturday Night Live special scheduled to air on Sunday, Feb. 15, 2015 , in celebration of the 40th anniversary of the show.
This news also comes on the heels of the news that there MAY be an upcoming break in the news on Beverly Hills Cop 4 moving forward, but our sources told us so far that that is still too far away to be true. The script on the film isn’t completed yet and the decision will be made once the script is done.
As we stated in a previous report about the SNL special, past and present cast members, as well as special and musical guests from the show’s run, will appear on the telecast, with the specific lineup of guests to be determined in the coming months.
We hear other alumni such as Tina Fey, Will Ferrell, Dan Aykroyd, Dana Carvey, Jon Lovitz, Adam Sandler, Mike Meyers, Kristen Wiig, Amy Poehler, Billy Crystal, Chris Rock and Maya Rudolph are all being contacted to attend the show, and we personally dont see how anyone will turn this down.
