NEW YORK, July 26 (UPI) — Judd Apatow, Whoopi Goldberg, Kevin Hart and Seth Rogen have joined the judges’ panel for Comedy Central’s four-night, insult-comedy tournament Roast Battle.
They join previous announced panelists Anthony Jeselnik, Jimmy Kimmel, Sarah Silverman and David Spade. The judges will be overseen by the network’s roastmaster general Jeff Ross, with Brian Moses officiating.
The series will be taped at L’Astral Theatre during the Just For Laughs festival in Montreal. It will air in four, one-hour episodes Thursday through Sunday.
The comedians scheduled to do battle include Tom Ballard, Matthew Broussard, Jimmy Carr, Christi Chiello, Chris Cubas, Olivia Grace, Tony Hinchcliffe, Mike Lawrence, Ralphie May, Sam Morril, Mark Normand, Ms. Pat, Steve Rannazzisi, Earl Skakel, Sarah Tiana and K. Trevor Wilson.
