Rick Ross has been pulling out all the stops to market his upcoming album, Rather You Than Me. He called on Martha Stweart to reveal the cover art and then had a private listening party in New York City Wednesday night where visual artist, Mr. Brainwash, painted the night away to his music.
In a recent post on Instagram, Ross revealed the list of artists who will be featured on the upcoming album. The list reads like a who’s who in the entertainment industry— Chris Rock, Wale, Yo Gotti, Meek Mill, Dej Loaf, Gucci Mane, Anthony Hamilton, Young Thug, Future, Ty Dolla $ign, Scrilla, and Nas are all featured on the album.
Ross made it clear when he penned an open letter that his entire career has led to this album.
“This album is more than just another project for me. It’s a product of strength, perseverance, and determination. Rather You Than Me is my testimony,” he said. “And if you a real n—-, no matter where you from, you can relate to this.”
Rather You Than Me drops March 17, and is available for pre-order now on Itunes.
