This past Monday night, Hollywood was buzzing at The Flappers Comedy Club in Burbank, CA. as urban comedy had a night to remember!
As you may already know, Cedric The Entertainer has been gearing up to tape his special on Netflix and his many friends in comedy have been coming to support him as he worked on his material weekly at Flappers.
With that being said, Ced prepared to close up shop and held his final show until he filmed his special. Comedians such as Arsenio Hall, DL Hughley, Bill Bellamy, and Brad Williams all hit the stage while many were in attendance such as Affion Crockett, Royale Watkins, Steve Wilson, Cory Fernandez, and Director Antoine Fuqua. There were also many more comedians floating around that we didn’t see. As you will see below in the gallery, were captured the event and ran across some familiar faces!
As reported by us previously, the yet to be titled stand-up special is set to be filmed April 30th in Nashville and it will be Executive Produced by Ced and Eric Rhone. No word yet when the special is set to be released.
