According to a report sent to us via email it seems that Netflix is extremely serious about blowing away the cable competition. Besides a new season of House Of Cards preparing for its third season, the success of Orange Is The New Black, and Marvel’s new super heroes from Daredevil to Luke Cage, now we hear about their leap into comedy!
To top it off, one of the first comedy specials Netflix is preparing to launch is Bill Cosby!
Netflix has stated that Cosby will roll out a new special this fall (tentatively scheduled for Nov 28th), which is yet to be titled. The family friendly hour special was filmed at the San Francisco Jazz Center,
Joining Cosby is Jim Jefferies, premiering his special titled Jim Jeffries: BARE, premiering Aug. 29th, Chelsea Handler with her special titled Uganda Be Kidding Me Live premiering Oct. 10th, Chelsea Peretti with Chelsea Peretti: One of the Greats on premieres Nov. 14th and Bill Burr with Bill Burr: I’m Sorry You Feel That Way, premiering on Dec. 5th.
