We just discovered that one of our favorite actresses Garcelle Beauvais ( most famously known from The Jamie Foxx Show) was just released from the TNT hit television show, Franklin & Bash!
The news was announced via Twitter as she stated;
“Just found out that I’m not being asked back on @franklinandbash #stunned :(:( Had fun on @franklinandbash wish them a great season. lots of projects in the works #flight #whitehousedown #arresteddevelopment #psych”
What will be really interesting to see is how the writers address her release as we know she is a love interest for several of the actors on the show and she is currently an intrical plot of the storyline. According to Deadline, her option was not picked up as the producers felt her character had run its course.
Don’t worry, Beauvais is about to fill up the screen as she is in the new film Flight with Denzel Washington and White House Down with Jamie Foxx. She also landed several television gigs on the hit shows Arrested Development and in Psych. It looks like she will be alright.
I guess we shall see what happens with Franklin & Bash.
